Refund policy
1. Overview
We want you to love your Claw & Dice purchase. If something is not right, we will do our best to help. This policy explains when returns, replacements, and refunds may be available for items purchased through www.clawanddice.com.
2. Standard Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
● the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging;
● all included components, inserts, manuals, promotional materials, and accessories are present;
● the product is in resalable condition; and
● proof of purchase is provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
To protect product integrity and fairness for all customers, we may refuse returns for the following unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied:
● opened games, card decks, or sealed products where the seal has been broken;
● items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or missing components caused after delivery;
● gift cards, downloadable items, or other non-returnable goods where applicable; and
● promotional or clearance items marked as final sale, unless faulty.
4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@clawanddice.com with your order number, photographs where relevant, and a brief description of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, missing-part resolution, store credit, or a full refund to the original payment method.
5. Missing Components
For tabletop games and card games, if your product is missing a component or arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. Depending on the issue, we may provide a replacement component, replacement product, or another reasonable remedy without requiring a full return.
6. How to Request a Return
To start a return, email info@clawanddice.com and include:
● your order number;
● the item or items you wish to return;
● the reason for the return; and
● supporting photographs if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
7. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise accepted by us as an error on our side, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit back to us.
8. Inspection and Approval
Once a returned item is received, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility under this policy. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of return, we may reject the return and send the item back to you at your cost where appropriate.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after inspection and confirmation. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or the order was cancelled by us before dispatch.
10. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. Where stock is available and the issue qualifies, we may offer a replacement item. Otherwise, an approved refund may be issued and a new order can be placed separately.
